Malta is a southern European country in the Mediterranean Sea. It is one of the world’s smallest and most densely-populated nations.  It has with very mild winters and warm to hot summers. Rain occurs mainly in winter, with summer being generally dry. According to the International Living, Malta is state with the best climate in the world.

Malta is classified as an advanced economy according to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and has taken important and substantial steps to establish itself as a global player in the cross-border fund administration business. Competing against countries like Ireland and Luxembourg, Malta has a unique combination of a multi-lingual workforce and a strong legal system. The country has been successful in attracting gaming businesses, aircraft and ship registration, credit-card issuing banking licences and also fund administration.

Malta is a popular tourist destination for its beaches, numerous recreational areas, architectural and historical monuments, including nine UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Some of the oldest free-standing structures in the world can be found in Malta.
